Brief Introduction
Hello..
My names are Simon Don Karanja. Because I believe in maintaining some mysteriousness, I won’t be telling you everything there is to know about me. I will give you this, I’m an East African Kenyan, born in a town by the beautiful lake Victoria, known as Kisumu.
I probably started writing stories at the age of seven and haven’t been able to sit still since. I believe I once compared the urge to write to being followed around by a friendly ghost, and you can’t think of anything else but the fact that you’re being followed by a ghost. And… the only way to get rid of it is to put the story on paper.
You will find some of that work here. I pray you have the patience to complete any one of the reads, and enjoy them.
As I also mentioned, I enjoy the study of mental health, where I get to learn about what makes us all tick. Along this journey, I discovered wonderful and valuable knowledge that I wanted to share with my community, and the rest of the world. To do this I started a Mentorship program called SEAM- Self Education And Mentorship (seen in the project section), where we attempt to teach the next generation how to think outside the box, when solving problems in their communities and yonder.
I hope to connect with people around the world, connect with like minded individuals, and bring about much needed changes to my community and beyond.
